I am a London-based writer and work as a journalist on a number of newspapers and magazines in the UK and the USA. I also write books.

My first book, A Fête Worse Than Death, is out in paperback - published in the UK by Headline Review. It is available from good book shops or via the links on this website.The book is about my journey around an English summer in search of strange places, odd behaviour and unusual events.
